1. Call or text for a quote
Tell us what you’re clearing out and send a photo of the drop spot. We confirm the size, the all-in price and the delivery window on the same call.

2. Get the spot ready
- Pick pavement or gravel over grass or soft clay.
- Leave roughly 60 feet of straight approach and about 23 feet of overhead clearance for the truck.
- Point out low limbs, service lines and tight turns when you book.
- Move cars off the drive and street on delivery day.
- A spot on a city street needs a City of Asheville Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit before delivery. Driveways need no permit.
3. We drop it off
Boards go down first to protect your driveway. The driver sets the box where you marked, with the door facing the way you’ll load. Call before noon and it’s usually there the same afternoon.
4. Fill it at your pace
- You get 7 days. Need more? Call or text to add days.
- Keep debris level with the top edge; we can’t legally haul an overfilled box.
- Load heavy debris low and spread it evenly.
- Keep out hazardous waste, liquid paint, fuels, batteries, refrigerant appliances, electronics and asbestos.
5. Call for pickup
We haul it to the Buncombe County Landfill in Alexander and send the final invoice. If you went over the weight, the landfill scale ticket comes with it, so you see the real number.
